Data collected
This site stores no data on a server. The booking form simply prepares a message in your WhatsApp app or your email client: the information you enter stays on your device until you send it.
When you contact us, we receive the data needed to arrange your journey: name, telephone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, and where applicable the details relating to prescribed medical transport.
Purpose and retention
This data is used solely to arrange and invoice your journey, and to meet the obligations attached to our agreement with the Assurance Maladie. It is kept for as long as those obligations require, then deleted.
Sharing
No data is sold or passed on for commercial purposes. Information relating to CPAM-approved transport is sent only to your Assurance Maladie fund.
Cookies
This site uses neither advertising cookies nor analytics trackers. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; their provider may record the IP address of the request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, and to object to its use. To exercise it, write to imrulkabir30@yahoo.com or call 06 98 58 73 07. You can also refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
