What is a CPAM-approved taxi?

A CPAM-approved taxi has signed an agreement with the Assurance Maladie, the French health insurance system. When a doctor prescribes transport for you, your journey to the place of care can be covered under the applicable conditions. We apply direct billing (tiers payant) : you pay nothing up front on the covered share, and we take care of the paperwork with your health insurance fund.

The documents to bring

• The medical transport prescription issued by your doctor
• Your carte Vitale and your proof of entitlement
• Your top-up insurance card (mutuelle), if you have one
• For a long-term condition (ALD) or long-term transport, prior approval if your fund requires it

Dialysis transport

Dialysis sessions set the rhythm of the week and cannot be late. We arrange your return journeys at fixed times, with the same driver wherever possible, a vehicle warmed in advance and help getting in and out. If you are tired on the way back, the journey is adapted accordingly.

Hospital admission and discharge, transfer between facilities, specialist appointments, imaging, laboratory tests, chemotherapy, rehabilitation: we cover every prescribed health journey, within the Oise and to Paris.
